Four steps, one QR code
Seat Map does the awkward part of a seating chart — the changes. Everything else stays yours to design.

Create your event
Name it, add the date and venue, and choose the wording for your tables. You get a short guest link and a 4-digit host PIN to come back with.

Add your guests
Import a spreadsheet with First name, Last name and Table number, or add guests one at a time. Add a seat number and a personal note if you like.

Arrange the floor plan
Drag round and long tables into place, then drop in the stage, bar, DJ booth, dance floor, cake table and text labels. Guests see their table highlighted.

Print the QR code
Download your code and put it on a welcome sign, escort card or table card. Keep editing your list afterwards — the code never changes.
On the day
What your guests see
- A page with your names, date and welcome message.
- A search box — two letters is usually enough.
- Their table, seat and any note you wrote for them.
- A floor plan with their table marked “you are here”.
- Buttons for the menu, RSVP and photo gallery, if you switch them on.

Practical details
- Guests need a phone with internet — wifi or mobile data.
- No app to install and no guest accounts.
- You print and display the code however suits your styling.
- Edits are live the moment you save them.
